The first half is a collection of short chapters together with what I call the toolkit of journey essentials. Each chapter will give you the tools and skills you need to strengthen your mind, body, soul and relationships.
The second half is a journal because journalling is a widely proven and fantastic way to understand ourselves better! By the time you have finished writing in this journal, you will understand what motivates or deflates you, what makes you happy or sad, feel fantastic or fearful, what inspires you.
By the end of this journey, know that whatever you are feeling and wherever you are, you have what you need to build your self-esteem and live a life you love.
