An absolute must-have for anyone looking to improve their connection with the Qur'an. The quality of the set is very good.

The books arrived without any damage. I was already able to read in them for a bit this afternoon and the outer and inner quality of the books is excellent. The pages have the cream colored look, which I heard is an indicator that this is the original Darussalam print, and not a copy. Overall I am happy and excited to finally being able to read in the physical copy. My experience with darussalam.com is okay, but not great. The website promised to ship the next day, but after one week, 5 unanswered E-Mails and 22 unsuccessful calls, there was not apparent progress visible to me. A friend of mine found out some internal phone number of a staff member via a WhatsApp API, and upon texting this number, it got finally shipped quickly. This kind of effort should not be necessary for shipping a product which was paid fully upfront! If there is a delay, it not a problem at all! But customers would like to get informed about it. The invoice given to the transporation company shows the original price of the book (199 pound), and it does not account for the discount which might have been offered for the purchase. This leads to the customs declaration being wrong, so the customer pays a wrong amount of tax. Fixing this would cost 50€, which is higher than the difference so it does not make sense to kick of this process. It is still annoying and not 100% professional.

I have found the explanations to the point yet it has so much depth to it. Love the books, JazakAllahu Khairan.
